This website is operated by Three o’clock SAS, acting as communication partner on behalf of the 3DP-STeF project. 3DP-STeF is a collaborative research project involving 16 partner organisations and funded by the European Union under the DIGITAL EUROPE Programme, Grant Agreement No. 101226215. This website reflects only the views of the project partners. The European Commission is not responsible for any use that may be made of the information contained herein.

For the purposes described in this Policy, Three o’clock SAS acts as data controller for personal data collected via this website. Certain personal data may be shared with project partners where strictly necessary for the implementation, communication, dissemination, or evaluation of the Project.

2. Legal framework

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

We apply the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, and confidentiality.

We collect only personal data that is strictly necessary for project-related purposes.

3.2 | Usage data (website analytics)
When you browse the website, limited usage data may be collected via Matomo Analytics, including:
  • Anonymised IP address

  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring URLs
Matomo is configured to not collect directly identifiable personal data and to minimise data processing in accordance with GDPR principles.

4. How we collect data?

  • Via the 3DP-SteF hub, contact, newsletter, survey, or event registration forms
  • Via direct correspondence (email)
  • Automatically through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent
Additionally, the 3DP-STeF project collects personal data directly from users when they register to access the 3DP-STeF online hub. During registration, users are asked to complete a form providing basic identification and contact information (such as name, role, and email address), as well as to indicate their professional interests by selecting from a predefined list. This information is used to create user credentials and grant access to the hub.

Once logged in, users are presented with content, learning materials, and updates that are relevant to the interests they selected, in order to provide a more tailored and meaningful user experience. All data is collected voluntarily through user input and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

5. Purposes and legal bases for processing

You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Sharing personal data within the project

Personal data collected by Three o’clock SAS may be shared with the 3DP-STeF Project partners where this is strictly necessary for:
  • Responding to project-related enquiries
  • Organising events, workshops, or consultations
  • Conducting surveys or research activities
  • Fulfilling reporting, dissemination, or evaluation obligations under the Digital Europe programme Grant Agreement
Project partners are contractually bound to process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Personal data is never shared for commercial purposes.

8. Social media presence

The project maintains official accounts on social media platforms; LinkedIn, and Instagram for communication and dissemination purposes. When you visit these pages or interact with content, personal data may be processed by the respective platform providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. This may include IP address, device information, and interaction data. We have no influence over and assume no responsibility for the data processing operations carried out by these platforms. Such processing is based on our legitimate interest in project communication and dissemination (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where social media content is embedded on this website, it is displayed only after consent or user interaction, where required. On the social media, photos from the project’s dissemination activities will also be shared, when required.

9. Data storage and international transfers

  • The website is hosted on Webflow infrastructure
  • Website analytics data is processed using Matomo Analytics
  • Newsletter data is processed using Brevo
  • Survey data is processed using SurveyMonkey
  • Event registration data, contact lists, and project-related administrative data are stored and managed using Microsoft SharePoint (Microsoft 365)
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are applied, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Data sharing

We do not sell or commercially exploit personal data. Personal data may be processed on our behalf by the following service providers acting as data processors:
  • Webflow website hosting and CMS
  • Matomo – website analytics
  • Brevo – newsletter distribution and mailing list management
  • SurveyMonkey – online surveys and questionnaires
  • Microsoft (SharePoint / Microsoft 365) – storage and management of project-related administrative data
These providers process personal data solely on our instructions and under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

11. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

12. Security measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
In the event of a personal data breach, we will comply with applicable legal obligations, including notification to the competent supervisory authorities where required by law.
